Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were respectful, location was ideal close to a Subway line. The room was brand-new with a bathtub, I liked it.

The venue is fairly large and fairly clean with a great value and understanding staff.

Spotlessly clean and old-fashioned accom with fab central location next to trams as well as the main parts of SF. Decent & air conditioned room.

everywhere was clean, staff were modern, soft bed. there were coffee, large windows and closet space in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. the attached restaurant was great with a great selection of meals in the menu. outdoor bar and heated pool.

Plush hotel, ATTENTIVE service & dismissive staff. I had a very well furnished room, loved the big bed. A continental breakfast at the restaurant was large. Amazing interior, charming restaurant.

No complaint, I had an incredible stay and would stay here again. I loved funny staff, historic location. I asked for a double room and the one I was given was non-smoking and inviting. Variety of savoury breakfast options. Smooth check-in, easy check-out. The hotel was near San Francisco downtown.

Quiet central location, WELCOMING staff, lots of food for the continental breakfast. I liked a modern looking decor and vintage furniture. Visited few places in the centre, not too far from the hotel. Automated check in and personalised service throughout my stay.
